Thank you for choosing Hotlib for your online library and research needs. Our goal is to provide a satisfactory experience for all our users. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our paid digital products and services (“Services”).
Due to the digital nature of our Services, which are delivered and consumed instantly, our refund policy is necessarily limited. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
- Subscription Services (e.g., Hotlib Premium)
Hotlib may offer annual subscription plans that provide access to online content and features.
- Annual Subscriptions
We offer a 03-day money-back guarantee for new annual subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 03 calendar days of your initial purchase date. To be eligible, your request must be submitted to our support team within this 03-day period. After 03 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
- Subscription Renewals
Annual subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds will not be issued for forgetting to cancel a subscription. You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancelling it before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. We will send a reminder email to the address on file before your annual subscription renews.
- How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team with the following information:

- Your full name and the email address associated with your Hotlib account.
- The transaction ID or order number.
- The date of the purchase.
- A clear and detailed reason for your refund request. For technical issues, please provide screenshots or a description of the error.
Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and notify you of the outcome.
- Processing Approved Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the funds will be returned to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or payment provider and to appear on your statement. Upon refund, your access to the purchased Service or content will be revoked.
- Exceptions
We reserve the right to grant refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, even if the request falls outside of the stated policy. This does not obligate us to issue similar refunds in the future. Refunds will not be granted for cases of user error (e.g., accidental purchase), change of mind (outside the 03-day guarantee for annual plans), or if our services were not used during the subscription period.

Hotlib reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date”. Your continued use of our paid Services after a change in the policy constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
